Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

We offer both domestic and international shipping. Rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your order anytime via the courier's website or our Track Order page.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

  • Some international destinations may restrict certain cosmetic ingredients. Please check your local import regulations before ordering.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customs and import duties may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping prices.

Missing or Damaged Items

If your package arrives damaged, or if items are missing, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery at [support@legendage.com] with photos and your order number. We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. Legend Age is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it:

  • Wait 24–48 hours in case of delayed delivery updates.
