Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of cosmetic and skincare products, we can only accept returns or exchanges for items that are:
- Unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
- Returned within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Accompanied by a valid receipt or order confirmation.
Unfortunately, for hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or refunds for any opened or used products.
Wrong / Damaged Item
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund.
Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–14 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error).
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
